Serap has been a professional hairstylist in Loudoun County for over 17 years. After working with many amazing local hair salons, she has recently opened her own in 2018 - Hair Story by Serap. She specializes in coloring techniques, highlights, lowlights, color correction, grey coverage, women and men haircuts, styling, and special occasion hairdressing. Serap highly values her clients and dedicated to meet her clients' needs. She loves seeing the smile on her clients' faces once their hair is done. If you book an appointment with her, you will enjoy her easy-going and friendly personality, all the while her attention to do exactly what you are looking for. She loves talking to her clients, learning about them, just as much sharing stories of her own. She’s a very proud grandmother of two, and rest assured you’ll hear about them.

So young yet so talented! Her talent is so magnificent it leaves her clients impressed and with lots of joy. Merve loves to stay up to date with the latest trends so she can be prepared to offer clients high quality services! She specializes in color correction and is highly educated with a lot of different balayage techniques. Once you sit in her chair she will make you feel like the best version of yourself while building a strong client-stylist relationship you will cherish forever.

Melis has been a hairstylist in the Ashburn area for almost 7 years. She specializes in Balayage, baby lights and color transformation, just to name a few. Melis’s biggest strength as a stylist is how attentive she is with her clients. Once she understands their needs and wants, she makes recommendations that will fit best. She thrives to make her clients welcome and trust in her, as she works closely with them to make the most beautiful hair transformations.

Policies

Credit Card Hold: Your credit card will be on hold until the day of the appointment but no charge will be made until you’re checked out.
24 Hour Cancellation: We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to allow for rebooking. Or you may be charged a late cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your service. If you make a same day appointment, and cancel shortly before the appointment, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
Late Policy: Life happens. if you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
No show, no call: You will be charged the FULL PRICE of the service you are booked for.
